The neuropathic pain began left sided. It was not so strong, only the last couple of weeks it became worse and often lasted for more than a day.

The pain was located between upper lip and nose and presents with severe pain attacks lasting seconds. The patient describes a kind of electric sensations.

He noted that he could provoke the pain by touching the skin, for instance when shaving.
