MRI, not shown in the previous scans, revealed two supratentorial linear signal changes on the FLAIR Brain sequences with indistinct margins and without gadolinium enhancement.
These abnormalities do not look typical for demyelination and might represent secondary trans-synaptic degeneration in the optic radiations from damage to the anterior visual pathways.

Spinal cord MRI showed demyelinating lesions extending from T6 to T11 with gadolinium enhancement.
