Interpretation of the Radiological Report

The patient presened with a foot drop, which occurred more or less suddenly after a long dinner and could be explained by a peroneal neuropathy, most likely at the level of the knee. However, on MRI-scans of brain and spinal cord clear demyelinating lesions could be seen. Are the McDonald criteria for MS fulfilled in this situation?
