Although there was no direct indication to make an MRI we were confronted with an MRI typical for MS.

For the diagnosis of MS however, only the MRI is not sufficient. We also need a clinical presentation suspect for MS.

So the diagnosis MS is not made in this case. We advise the patient to come back iif new symptoms arise.

We could call this a radiologically isolated syndrome.
